5.How much does a Front Yard Surprise cost?
The standard display starts at $60 which includes a message sign. It is possible that a travel charge will apply; however, there are many locations in Kansas City where minimal or no travel charges apply. The cost is about the same as sending flowers, but it's more fun and the impact lasts much longer!

6. What is included with each Front Yard Surprise?
Each Front Yard Surprise includes the display of your choice and a 4 ft. x 3 ft (h x w) sign for your personalized greeting. The sign has 7 lines for your message. You can customize your own phrase, or if you prefer, we have many phrases for any occasion to match the lawn display you have selected. You can choose to remain anonymous, or we can leave a card with your personal message.

7. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We prefer to have at least a weeks notice. However, we will do same-day or next-day deliveries based on availability.

8. When do you deliver and pick up the displays?
We deliver the Front Yard Surprise between midnight. and 6:00 a.m.. Other delivery times can be arranged.We pick up displays on the same day between 5:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Additional days may be purchased for $25 based on availability.

9. How will my recipient know who sent the Front Yard Surprise?
You may reveal yourself as the surprise giver by including your name (nickname, company name, etc.) on the optional card that can be included with your Front Yard Surprise. However, you may choose to remain completely anonymous -- we'll never tell!

11. Do you deliver every day of the week?
Yes we do! We deliver and pick up seven days a week.

12. Do you deliver in bad weather?
We will do our best to deliver in all weather conditions. However, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery if we feel the delivery would be a danger to the delivery person. In the event that we are not able to deliver your Front Yard Surprise, we will contact you to reschedule or refund your fees.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Cash, Money Orders and Checks accepted if received prior to the delivery date.
